This month marks the 7th anniversary of my moving to Jonesboro. Yes, hard to believe for me, too, that I have lived and worked here for 7 years. Many things have happened here in that time including purchasing my very own home, being promoted at work, developing lots of great friendships, and not to mention the greatest thing...Marti!!...but that speaks for itself. This post is about "my first place". Buying a home was a very exciting moment for me and I have decided to take a stroll down memory lane at this 7 year mark and share some pics of that house with those of you, especially my Louisiana family and friends, that never had the opportunity to see it before I sold it. At that point, you know, Marti and I married, and I moved into her house to create the HOME we now have. Hope you enjoy this look back as much as I did. It was a great house but a bit too small to make it "ours". Don't be too judgmental on the decor...limited budget, you know!! Until next time...
