Chad and I recently said goodbye to some dear family members - Maggie Jo and Pepper. Maggie Jo found a great home in Jonesboro in the loving arms of a stay at home mom. We have received several updates since her adoption and she is reported to be loving life...no more kennel or shock collars. Her days now consist of car rides, climbing on the furniture, weekly baths, and getting to sleep in the big bed again. Her new mom reports that she has had no accidents!!! Pepper found a new home in the very excited arms of our niece and nephew - Morgan and Ethan. This was their first pet and they couldn't have been more thrilled. They spent most of her first day at her new home walking her around on the leash. I am sure she was exhausted - hard on a 17 year old dog. She has already made herself at home digging in her new flower beds. It was a hard, much thought out decision....but we knew it was in the best interest of our "children" to let someone else love them now because of our hectic work and travel schedule. We miss them dearly but are enjoying our newfound freedom. We'll always love you.....Pepper and Maggie Jo.

Pepper Update!! She has now relocated to Popmama's house (aka my mom's house). They are both loving the new arrangements. She has a great fenced in backyard and all the pampering an outside dog could imagine!
